	Lincoln Park Care Center is a highly regarded 24-hour skilled nursing facility known for outstanding patient care in an elegant therapeutic environment. Our unique long term care, short term rehabilitation, subacute care and hospice services are geared for the special needs of cognitively impaired residents who require behavioral management, particulary the geri-psych population.
